How to Delete Your Data
Lootamo provides a seamless "Facebook Login" experience. We respect your privacy and provide a fully automated way to completely erase your user data from our systems by removing the app from your Facebook settings.
Go to Facebook Settings
Open your Facebook account, click on your profile picture in the top right corner, and select Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Navigate to Apps and Websites
In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Apps and Websites to see all applications connected to your Facebook account.
Remove Lootamo
Find Lootamo in the list of active apps. Click the Remove button next to it.
Confirm Deletion
Confirm your action. Facebook will instantly send a secure data deletion request to our servers. Our system will delete or anonymize personal account data not required for legal, accounting, or security obligations.
Alternative Method
If you prefer, you can also delete your account manually by logging into your Lootamo Profile Settings and clicking the "Delete Account" button. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," and our team will process your request manually within a reasonable timeframe.
